Kourtni Listhaeghe is a top producing Realtor & Associate Broker with the Griffin RE Team at Alberta’s largest brokerage, CIR Realty. Growing up in small town Northern Alberta where her dad owned a real estate brokerage gave exposure and experience in real estate from an early age.

Licensed in 2007, Kourtni has seen the Calgary & area real estate markets through many ups and downs. Her experience in real estate is not just as an agent, she has also worked in a real estate law firm and for one of Calgary’s top new home builders; in addition she has an extensive background in customer service. Kourtni prides herself on being down to earth, personable and honest. She is pro-active and communicative with her clients, with her genuine personality she easily meets her client's needs with a proven track record of sales and client recommendations. 

Kourtni is Mom to a busy toddler, when she’s not selling real estate she is spending time with her family, friends and traveling the world with almost 40 countries visited. While Kourtni has vast experience in selling real estate throughout Calgary and surrounding areas, she is based in Okotoks and is proud to call it home.
