Brett Murrell

Born & raised on a farm in Good Old Saskatchewan, he is dedicated, hard working, trustworthy & loyal. Most importantly, he really does care about what is best for his clients and he insn't happy until you are. Brett's even been known to be an extra set of hands unloading a uhaul, offering a hand with pets, house repairs and numerous other home ownership issues. Brett has built, reno'd, flipped many homes, he thinks he's in his 17th home or so already and comes with a very good knowledge of the in's and outs of every inch of a home. Whether it is a foundation concern, a plumbing concern, an electrical concern or really any type of concern with a home...he will have a resolution for the issue or he will know someone who does. His knowledge of acreages and rural life is also one of his major strengths, he has been part of drilling his own water wells, installing his own septic systems along with anything to do with farming. Brett is a proud Okotokian who loves to serve clients from Central AB to Southern AB and will go the extra mile for all his clients.

He is the owner and primary agent of the Okotoks CIR REALTY office, as a single dad that balances a crazy real estate business, along with raising his son Griffin 50% of the time, he finds time to enjoy snowmobilling, snowboarding, hockey, slo-pitch and heading to the lake in Sask for a break in the summers. 

 In 2017, he won the Calgary Real Estate Board's ROAR People's Choice Award, fully nominated by his clients.
