My reputation within Calgary and Okotoks is built on one belief: when it comes to working with home buyers and sellers, it's the little things that matter. For the past 20+ years, I have consistently brought these little things to clients as a hands-on, full-service boutique real estate agent.
Through the details, I am driven by two key areas, both in business and in life. The first, to always ensure the client's interests come first in all transactions. Second, always be involved in giving back to the community.
Easily developing and nurturing relationships with clientele, I find people feel quickly at ease with my sense of comedic relief and professional demeanour. Clients confidently put their complete trust and faith in myself, knowing I will do a good job, meeting all their needs and putting them top of mind in the real estate process.
Never more than a phone call away, I take the time to strategically market for clients who are selling their home, ensuring you find the right buyer. For those buying, I learn about who the client is, understanding what their exact needs are not just now, but for the future as well, and finding the home they can grow with.
Ever the lifelong learner, I continue to educate myself, particularly in courses that focus on being client-centric, helping me continue to meet the interests and needs of my clients.
When it comes to the community, I dedicate both my time and finances to helping build both the cities of Calgary and Okotoks. I am a strong supporter of the Okotoks-“It Takes a Village”organization providing diapers and cribs to parents of new borns and babies that are going through a rough time financially and sponsor AARCS and the Ronald McDonald House. Yet, some people know me simply as The Teddy Bear Guy for my involvement with the “Share the Bear” Program through Calgary Victim Services, providing comforting teddy bears to hundreds of children in a time when they need support. I am also a chartered member of the Okotoks Optimist club.
In my spare time, I enjoy fitness and can be found spending time with my wife, Amber, our daughter Brionne (born late 2014) and Brady (born early 2017)
