Matt McBean – Licensed Associate Broker (Residential, Rural, Commercial, Property Management)

Matt spent his pre-real estate career in agriculture, business management and marketing helping businesses and people develop strategies to be successful. In addition to being a REALTOR® Matt holds the designation of Certified Analytics and Insights professional and Relocation Specialist. Matt’s passion is in the details helping clients navigate the process of buying and selling a home. From marketing to contracts Matt will make sure the details are taken care of. Matt is also heavily involved in the industry as a Director for the Calgary Real Estate Board (CREB), Director Liaison for both the Governance Standing Committee and Practice Governance Standing Committee at CREB; FINTRAC Compliance Officer and Assistant Manager for the brokerage operations of CIR; and a past member of Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) Audit and Risk Management Committee.
