Kourtni Listhaeghe

When it comes to making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life, it’s important to know who you’re doing business with.  Kourtni has spent her entire life immersed in the real estate world. Growing up in Northern Alberta, she learned the ins and outs of the industry early on through her father's real estate brokerage ownership. Kourtni became licensed in 2007, during a challenging time in the market, and since then, she has navigated the highs and lows of Calgary, Okotoks, and the surrounding areas with resilience and a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape.

Kourtni's experience goes beyond being a Realtor, she has worked for a real estate law firm and for one of Calgary's top new home builders. In 2018, she furthered her expertise by becoming an Associate Broker, which deepened both her education and experience.

Outside of real estate, family is what is most important to her. She is Mom to a busy little boy. Kourtni loves staying active and crossing off new adventures as she's visited 45 countries and counting. Kourtni is also passionate about supporting local businesses and giving back to her community, both personally and through CIR’s event committee.
