Eric Frere

I was born and raised on a farm in Trochu, Alberta, where I learned the value of hard work, integrity, and community. Those small-town values continue to guide how I serve my clients today. My wife, Lilian Frere, is an Okotoks native, and we proudly call Okotoks home.  It’s a privilege to help others find their place in this vibrant community and the surrounding areas.

As part of the Frere Team at CIR Realty, I work alongside Lilian and my parents, John and Dorian Frere. Our team is built on family values, and we believe that real estate is more than just buying or selling a house—it’s about creating a home where people can thrive. Together, we deliver our clients consistent and competent support throughout every real estate transaction and beyond. 

With  8 years of experience specializing in residential homes, condos, and rural properties, I bring strategic negotiation skills and deep market knowledge to every transaction. I serve Okotoks, Calgary, and Diamond Valley, helping clients confidently navigate Alberta’s evolving real estate landscape.

As a Top Producer with CIR Realty, I focus on clear communication and personalized service. Beyond real estate, I give back to causes I believe in, supporting fundraising efforts for Ronald McDonald House and AARCS. I’m also involved with the 3rd Assist Dinos Men's Hockey Alumni, contributing to a program of excellence at the University.
